A meeting for all team officials will be held at the Radisson Hotel on Tuesday April 1, at 7:30 p.m in the Iroquois North Room.
Per USA Hockey Rules & Regulations, each team must have at least one representative at this meeting. A representative is defined as either the coach or the team manager. This person will be designated as the delegation chairperson for his/her team and will be the team’s official liaison for all official contacts between the team and the tournament committee. The team’s manager should fulfill this role, if at all possible. The team’s head coach should also attend the pre-tournament meeting, if possible. Failure to have a representative at this meeting will result in the coach not being allowed on the bench for the first game.
A variety of USA Hockey licensed souvenirs will be available for sale by Pre Order or on-site at the Cornerstone Ice Center. The merchandise stand, which will be located Schierl Rink Side Room, will open 30 minutes prior to the first game and close 30 minutes after the start of the last game of the day. Merchandise will be available while supplies last.
