No. 2-seed Belle Tire used a blazing 3-for-5 effort on the power play to skate past Anaheim 3-2 and advance to tonight's Girls Tier I 19U semifinal against the sixth-seeded Chicago Young Americans.

Danielle Hartje, Mikayla Lantto and Kelly Solak scored the Belle Tire goals, one each in the first, second and third periods. Both Lady Ducks tallies came from Ivy Boric, who was making her second appearance at USA Hockey Girls Nationals with Anaheim after qualifying last year for a trip to Macomb, Michigan.

Goaltender Frankie Sanchez stopped 26 of 28 shots for Belle Tire to earn her tournament-leading third victory.

Washington (D.C.) Pride 1, Chicago Mission 2 -- Fourth-seeded Chicago Mission jumped out to a quick start with first-period goals from Daniela Gendron and Liliane Perreault en route to 2-1 win over the Washington Pride. Nicole Godoy scored the lone goal for Washington. Mission goaltender Abigail Wieczorek stopped 22 of 23 shots to earn the win. Chicago will face Shattuck-St. Mary's in tonight's semifinal.

Shattuck-St. Mary's School (Minnesota) 5, Massachusetts Spitfires 0 -- Top-seeded Shattuck-St. Mary's rolled to a 5-0 victory over Massachusetts with goals from five players including Hadley Hartmetz, Currie Putrah, McKenzie Hauswirth, Gracie Ostertag and Hannah Bilka, the tournament's leading point-getter (6). Abigail Levy stopped nine shots in the shutout victory.

Chicago Young Americans 2, Boston Junior Eagles 1 (OT) -- Madison Ondrick scored with only four seconds remaining in overtime to lift the sixth-seeded Chicago Young Americans over the No. 5 Boston Junior Eagles 2-1. Chicago goaltender Viola "JoJo" Chobak, a graduate of USA Hockey's National Player Development Camps, was brilliant in goal, stopping 45 of 46 shots to earn the win and push CYA into the semifinals against Belle Tire.
