USA Hockey would like to congratulate your team on qualifying for the 2014 USA Hockey National Championship, April 2 - April 6th, 2014.  Very few athletes ever participate in a National tournament and your players should be incredibly proud of their accomplishment in qualifying for such a major youth sporting event.
 
In order to complete team registration smoothly you will need the following information:

1. All Coaches information, including name, address contact numbers, and CEP numbers 
2. All Team Managers information, including name, address, contact numbers
3. Complete roster information
4. Hotel information

Please fill in as much information as you can on this registration session. After you complete registration you will have the chance to edit and add team and player information by following the instructions below:

1. Login to the Youth Nationals website with the account you used to register your team:http://www.nationals.usahockey.sportngin.com/account/login
2. After you have successfully logged in, click on your account username in the upper left of the page.
3. Select "Registrations" from the drop-down menu.
4. Click "Hackensack NJ Tier II" entry below.
5. Click the "Edit" link to modify your Team or Player Information.

All Head Coaches and Managers are required to attend the Opening Meeting on Tuesday April 1 at 700pm.  The meeting will be held at the Glenpointe Marriott.  The meeting will cover tournament protocol, general information from the organizers and USA Hockey as well as distribute admission passes for participants.
