The meeting for all team officials will be held at the Ice Vault.
Per USA Hockey Rules & Regulations, each team must have at least one representative at this meeting. A representative is defined as either the coach or the team manager. This person will be designated as the delegation chairperson for his/her team and will be the team's official liaison for all official contacts between the team and the tournament committee. The team's manager should fulfill this role, if at all possible. The team's head coach should also attend the pre-tournament meeting, if possible. Failure to have a representative at this meeting will result in the coach not be allowed on the bench for the first game.
TEAM PHOTOS - REMINDER - All teams are required by USA Hockey to take a team photo at the Nationals. This is not optional. The schedule will be provided at this meeting. Please note: We will do our best to move it along.
All rostered coaches, managers and players are invited to our outside BBQ on Wednesday, April 2 from 6 to 9 PM. There will be entertainment by various local bands and the Devils' Dancers will be in attendance. There will be meal tickets distributed to the teams. Friends and family are also welcome to attend at the cost of $7 per meal. Note: The restaurant inside will also be open.
